I would like to bring up this guy on here. Now surely he's known for two video games, Earthworm Jim and The Neverhood. After Doug left the video game industry he went to do graphic novels, which most of them in my opioion are a hit and miss in my view. While I'm amazed of his Creature Tech and Iron West I havent read his other works....So what do u think of Doug Tennapel?

Douglas TenNapel is very high up in my book.
He's shown a lot of talent and creativity in everything he's made.
I love the worlds he's created, and the backgrounds that he's written for it.
Take the Neverhood Chronicles for instance. They take up 38 screens in the game, and they're absolutely brilliantly written, yet they serve no real purpose. I love digging through them.
You can find some deep religious background in what he's written, and I think he's a pretty religious guy himself.

I love the stuff he's done, though I haven't seen all of it.
I haven't read any of his graphic novels for instance.
    Should I?

    Yes.

    Yes, yes, yes.

    Creature Tech's my personal favorite.

My favorite is Iron West and Power Up. Creature Tech is pretty cool too.

I cannot say enough about Doug Tennapel. The man is brilliant and I encourage everyone to check out his work. All his stories have a heartfelt brilliance, and his dedication to B&W inking is phenomenal. He creates these pieces with such a raw intensity that really makes them his own.

If you're interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIxF06_ypHg&feature=related it's a little making of comics with Doug.

Religious or not, he created one of my childhood and lifelong superheroes, Earthworm Jim.

    http://www.tennapel.com is his official blog.

He's the creator of Earthworm Jim, AKA the coolest character to hit the old consoles. I like him.

Project G.e.e.K.e.R. was his best work.

I worked with Doug in one of his short films. He's a great guy, I don't see eye to eye with him in regards to some of his blog stuff but none of that came out in person. The Neverhood IS my favorite adventure game so it was a cool experience.

Creature Tech is the reason I read American comics.

I definitely love The Neverhood, but that's about the extent of my opinion

If you guys aren't familiar with Project G.e.e.K.e.R., I highly recommend you check it out. All 13 episodes are up on Hulu.

Futurama fans should be able to instantly recognize Geeker's voice actor. ;)

I watched bootleg versions of it I found online. Personally, I think it's one of them dead fireflies; a really awesome show canceled for annoying reasons.
