Monkey Island SE, not running

edited May 2010 in Game Support
Hi,

I have one of those little Netbooks, with low specs: Atom N270, 2Gb, GMA 950 video.
I was able to run all Strong Bad games (albeit on Gfx level 1), so I was hoping this would run aswell as it's only a 2D game.

Alas, it crashes upon booting. Also when connected to the TV (1360x768) it's not running.
So what are the requirements for running MISE?

(I also have a regular laptop: T9300, 3Gb, GeForce 8600M GT, but I was hoping it would run on my netbook as I will be taking it with me on vacation. Just hoping the serial number would still work)

Thanks
Marc

Ouch! So that means running on my big laptop then ...

(or on my iPod, but that's so small and awkward to control)

    Thanks Macfly!

Have you tried updating DirectX and your drivers?

    SUCCES!

Yep, my drivers seemed to be outdated

And although the specs of my netbook are low, it runs as smooth as a baby's bottom!

    My vacation is saved ;)

I have just bought Monkey Island SE and can't get the unlocking code to run. It just leaves a message that the serial was not found in the data base. Plug

You might have better luck getting your question answered by:

    a) writing to Telltale support at support@telltalegames.com.
    b) starting a new thread instead of posting your problem in a thread about an unrelated problem.

    Good luck! ;)
