That adventure game with a detective?

A long time ago I watched my brother play this adventure game, where you are a detective in a world that is like the time of Mafia mixed with fantasy fable creatures like trolls and such, and occult and magic.

I don't remember much of it, but I do remember you get turned in to a werewolf at some point and have to solve puzzles with the help of smell.

The game just popped in to my mind, but I can't remember what it's called.
And I would like to see if I could get a hold of it because it looked really interesting. And I need to expand my Adventure game list a little, with other stuff that Monkey Island :D

    That was quick, and right at first go.

    Didn't look right at first, but the more pictures I saw the more I saw it was right.
    Looks exactly like what my brother used to play.

    But thank you, now I can look in to it :)
