The winners have already been selected and notified, according to the sweepstakes rules (which are no longer linkable, but I found it in the HTML source in Google's cache).
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 1, 2010 and selected from entries received during the Contest Period. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail to the address submitted with the potential winner's entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing.
I'm tempted to do the following if we don't hear from Telltale in this thread:
To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Sam & Max Devil's Playhouse Contest Official Rules/Winners List Request, Telltale, Inc. 101 Glacier Point, Suite E, San Rafael, CA 94901. Requests for winners' lists and Official Rules must be received within three months after the end of the Contest Period.
I would have sold it too. Or given it away, depending. Or possibly *gasp!* tried it first.
I certainly wouldn't destroy something that could be useful to someone else. Seems like throwing food away because you don't like it or something when it's perfectly edible and still in its package.
I would've kept it. It's sure as hell something I'll never buy, but if I won one I think I'd keep it. And if I tried it and didn't like it, well... a used iPad on eBay is still an iPad on eBay right now.
I probably would have kept it. Or given it to my brother because he likes gadgets like that. Destroying it just seems like a waste. And the reason for the computer rebellion that is due in a few decades.

Nice! Here's what I would've done.
Nice, I'm not sure which method is better!
