Actually, the problem with your graphics card is twofold:

    1) it's old
    b) it's utter garbage as far as graphics "cards" go

Since it's a laptop chipset, you should probably get a desktop gaming PC instead of a new laptop...

The screenshot you posted sheds some light on the situation. If you read the last post in the thread I linked to earlier, you'll see that they mention the Intel 4 series graphics chipset. The game doesn't work with drivers older than October 2009, but it works fine with newer drivers. Looks like you have an old driver from 2008... so if you just update to the newest version you should be fine.

Edit: found you a link. I have the same graphics card in my own tablet PC. It is definitely not designed for heavy duty gaming, (I use my desktop PC for that) but it works well for older games and some of the simpler modern games. I mainly play point & click adventure games on mine, and that works just great.

    - Go to your installation of Ghost Pirates and find a file named config.
    - Run it (it will be in German...).
    - Go to Grafik.
    - Find "Kantenglattung" and select "aus".
    - Try to run the game again.

It works thanks 4 the link ^^ I wasnt sure how to do it but i worked out how to get to the menu screwing around with it and thanks 4 everyones help 2
