Wallace & Gromit Episode 1: Fright of the Bumblebees
Can't run the game.
First i thought the downloaded file is corrupted ( downloaded twice ). The download size of the file is 352*876*224 byte . Installed ,but the game not starting when i click on the launch game button . Game version is 1.0.0.15.
I'm using Vista Ultimate x64,and the other episodes work fine.

this is the 10th day without getting any help from the support
Do you have LUA installed?
Do other Telltale Games work?
Please also attach a dxdiag log and try a clean boot.
dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.
Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.

Your File is correct.
In order to keep troubleshooting systematically i need to know the result of the clean boot and the dxdiag log.

That's great, because it means that some software you normally run in the background stops the game from working. Now you only have to find out which.
Usually Security Software is most likely to cause trouble with other Software.
What Security Software do you have running and which Version?
Try disabling only that to find out if it interferes with the game.
other software: WindowBlinds 7
disabled both, but the game not working
Okay, then the only option is to track it down by systematically disabling different applications. I would start by doing the clean boot again, but skipping step 6 so all services keep running.
If it doesn't work then we have narrowed it down to these and you can start disabling half of them until you tracked down which one is responsible.
