8 week shipping

Hi, I ordered the S&M sketchbook last year (31st October) and I got a shipping confirmation email on the 4th of November.

Anyway it still hasn't arrived and I was wondering if you'd heard it taking this long to get to Australia before? I seem to remember reading on the website that shipping would be between 5-10 days (although I may have made that up )

It wasn't for christmas or anything, but I'm beginning to wonder if it has been lost in the mail.

Unfortunately, we've had reports of pretty long shipping times to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand lately. 8 weeks does seem a little on the long side, but people have been reporting 6-7 weeks. (The post office says it's supposed to be 7-14 days. )

The sketchbooks are out of print right now so we don't have any extras to send out. If yours still hasn't arrived by the time we have the new sketchbooks in stock, we'll send you a replacement. It's funny how I can walk across the street to the post office and put something in the mail and it only takes a week to get there...

Please post again to let us know if/when it shows up.

The day after I complain it arrives!

It appears from the stickers on the box that it went to Auckland, New Zealand first instead of Australia which is strange.

But it arrived so all good.

Someone should have a word to that post office

Ha! You should have complained sooner.

You're not the first person to tell me their shipment to Australia went through Auckland. Or maybe it was a shipment to New Zealand that went through Australia. In any case, they do seem to be taking the scenic route.

Anyway, all's well that ends well. Glad you finally got it.
