Unrecognized email/password

Hi support team,

I bought the full season of Sam & Max and need to re-download the game. When I try to log back in using the email and password I remember purchasing it with, your system doesn't recognize it. When I click "forgot password" and request my account info, I do not receive an email.

I created the account I'm using now for the sole purpose of posting this concern. Please help me access my original account. Thank you.

    Nevermind, I solved the problem. I didn't realize that usernames were case sensative. I recommend that you change that.

    Usernames shouldn't be case-sensitive. I just tried logging in as "Tabacco", "tabacco", and "TaBaCcO" and all three worked okay for me. Glad you got things working though.
