It just crashes.

I just bought the first episode of your Monkey Island saga. I installed it... after registering, when I click 'launch game', it crashes.
My operative system is Windows Vista, updated.
I tried to re-install it. Crash.
I tried to de-activate the antivirus. Crash.
I need help!
PS And this happens with episode 2 as well. A nightmare.
