Can't unlock my games

I purchased the Monkey Island bundle for a gift for my husband. When we download it and try to play it it won;t unlock. I have the serial numbers but that doesn't seem to work as an unlock code. I have sent two support emails but only received an auto-response back. We were really wanting to start playing this last weekend and have been disappointed with the codes not working and lack of response.

    Support is slow in the past few weeks, mainly because of the ToMI DVD.

    You should get a response soon, I think. When did you send the emails?

    Something that might help you: I had the same problem a while back, and I simply had to update Internet Explorer and I could activate my games again. I never use Internet Explorer, so I didn't notice it was broken. If the activation code isn't working you can try logging in using your e-mail and account password. If it still doesn't work you can log in using a manual unlock code, but someone from Telltale would have to help you with that. Good luck!
