Wallace and Gromit Bogey man won't start

so I've played all the other episodes with little difficulties (had to delete files for bumblebee one)
but now, I have tried messing around with every compatibilty configuaration I can and the bogey man episode will still not start up it crashes right after clicking on it...I am really exasperated with this and I need help! I have windows 7.

    Hey everyone

    I tried everything to make this game start for me as well

    everytime i click on this game to make it start

    it crashes the game and it won't start at all

    so can someone help me with this problem please

    Is your display color depth set to 32 bit?

    I am also getting this issue. Played every other telltale game fine on the same setup.

    Please post a dxdiag log.

    Also try starting the game while being disconnected from the internet.

    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.
