Order Still Doesn't Exist -- Yes, I Did The Stuff Listed In The Locked Thread

Followed Emily's instructions, went to DigitalRiver's www.findmyorder.com and logged in. I can see the two download links for Episode #1 and Episode #2.

When I hover the mouse over the download link for #1, it's a valid link.

When I hover the mouse over the download link for #2, it says:
https://www.findmyorder.com/servlet/null and goes to an obviously bad page.

:(

Any ideas?

    Okay, so the order DOES exist, there's just something funky going on with the links. ;)

    Can you PM me your order number?

    I don't even have a second download link over there. Is this normal and do I just have to wait some more, or should I start to worry?
