I seriously can't decide between the to two. The bottom two are very nice as well, but those top two just both look so good!

    I like SillyStell's.

    I like SillyStell's the most

I think I'll go with SWP's; I had to choose one.

I vote SillyStell's, it simple and to the point. I like Spadge's the most after SillyStell's.

It was a tossup between Silverwolfpets and SillyStell. I chose SWP's because it included games that weren't just from LucasArts(or TTG, if that sam&max art was theirs)

I like simple, so I voted for SillyStell.

SWP. I like a lot of pictures put together in a blended way, if that makes any sense.

I liked SillyStell's the most, but Silverwolfpet and Spadge's were brilliant too. The bottom one is awful

I picked SWP's, I love the use of all the characters.

    silver wolf pet.

None is awful, but none is really good as well but i can't stop staring at the colours of Fealiks's entry, they play some retro strings inside me.

SillyStell's brings out the essence of adventure gaming the most, without overdoing it with characters. Sometimes less is more.

It's not always like bigger is better, and better is bigger, a little bit is never enough. Sorry about that, too much High School Musical 3.

Either silver wolf pet or SillyStell's....

I made the text in a colour similar to the default background of one of the old windows systems, because that reminds me of old adventure games :p

I actually find the colour pretty gross for some reason though

Is that supposed to be you?

Would've gone for SWP's if it has gone for a better font and text color, so instead I vote SillyStell.

    A collage?

SillyStell's is the best. Its overall design is simple, which is something you need in a logo or banner. it's stylistic, the execution leaves the figures both looking distinctive from their normal appearances while still being recognizable. The map provides the adventure element without overwhelming and suffocating the name and the rest of the banner design. It's just overall extremely well-done overall and honestly I can't say I think any of the others are even at all good.

Indeed. Even I had to vote for SillyStell's entry. Though Sam probably needs a white tie. :P

You know what would be cool? Having some variations on that banner. Same colors, same font, same title, just different characters every time you refresh the page: Mona and Froderic; Simon and his dog; Leasure Suit Larry; etc.

I also don't think that the colours fit for such a theme but such intensive colours and gradients were pretty popular some time ago and the overusage of pastell and less saturated palettes in the last years sometimes makes me missing them a bit. But if going this route i would have choosen a different font style and also another palette, a warmer one, to make it feel more comfy, it's hard doing some adventuring with these temperatures.

I vote SillyStell. She's got some amazing talent that I wish I had...

I just realized no one that entered voted for themselves. Hmmm. Guess there was a ruule about it.

Was there? I didn't know. Maybe we are all just really nice people.

Poll is now finished and so..

CONGRATULATIONS TO SillyStell (I've sent your prize details via PM)

I've been having some internet connection troubles recently so hopefully I can add Stell's banner to the forum by the 19th.

Thanks to everyone else who participated.

I really like the second one as well. I also think the blue parts of Sam's tie should be white.
