My preorder of Puzzle Agent was mistakenly registered to my account as a gift

Now how do I play it if is registered as a gift I'm supposed to send to someone else?

Things tried:

1. Logging in with my telltale account did not work.
2. Entering the Gift Redemption Code did not work.
3. Blowing the slot and wiggling it inside the NES also did not work.

Please help.

    To clarify, you were trying to use the redemption code on this page, right?

    Oh. Nope, i tried putting that into the serial number unlock on the game itself.
