Where's the upgrade page for S&M?
Hi, I bought S&M Episode 1 via Paypal when it came out and now I read all over the place that people got an email with the possibility to upgrade Ep1 >> Season1.
I would really want to do that, too. But I didn't get any email so it would be nice if someone could provide me with a link, thanks.
