S&M 3030- Game Unlock problems

I am trying to launch Sam&Max 303 - the first few times it hung or after trying to log me in for a few moments would go back to the log in screen. Now I have gotten an error message that reads "Could not write license data. Please contact customer support for further instructions." So here I am, contacting customer support for further instructions :)

I bought the game via this website.

    Hmm, do you have any sort of heavy duty virus scanner or firewall? Are you running as admin?
