Why is it that if I want to get the free Monkey DVD and I have to pay P&P I have to pay $10.39, yet if I buy the DVD @ $34.95 P&P is free?

Bear in mind that I have already paid for the game as a virtual item.... I don't mind paying P&P but I don't expect to be treated differently from someone buying a "normal" version of the game.

I feel like I'm being charged twice when I could have just waited and ordered the game and paid nothing extra....

(BTW this is international shipping).

    Are you sure that $34.95 includes the DVD and is not JUST for the digital version of the game?

    I guess you got mistaken and click over this link instead of this link, right? Well, the former is for buy the game AGAIN, with ANOTHER free dvd with paying the shipping but without ordering the DVD at first. There's no actual difference, I assure you.
