Deluxe Edition x 2 - Issues?!

Hi I came across the Deluxe Edition yesterday and thought how great it would be to order a copy for myself and my brother who is also a big monkey fan.

The deluxe box has not shipped yet but am not too concerned about that at present but it seems my account now has the installtion codes for the two games I have purchased?

Can anybody tell me if that means my brother can't play/install the game himself as the code is registered to my account?

If somone could clarify I will cancel the one order and get my brother to order it himself.

Any help is welcome,

    When you first play the games (downloaded) there are two methods of activation. Connecting with your TTG account (Which he will be unable to do), or typing in th serial number/code thing. He can do this, as you can just e-mail him one of the codes.

    But the DVD doesn't have any DRM (i think), so he should be able to play that without registering.

    Usually, when a person orders a game from TTG, the shopping cart has an option to "buy this game as a gift for someone else."

    I did add ToMI: Deluxe Edition to my shopping cart just to check and didn't see the option there (seems that "Expected ship date: Spring 2010" is where the check box should be.)

    What I would do is either post this problem on the Shopping or Activation Support Forum (to any Forum Mods out there: you might consider moving this thread there)

    Send a support e-mail about this issue.

    Also, the downloadable versions of the games can be unlocked with more than just your Telltale username and password. You can also use the serial numbers associated with each episode, listed under them on the "Your Games" section of the website... then again, I'm not sure how you would distinguish between the serial numbers for your episodes and the ones for your friend.

    Yes but if the friend wanted to play the downloadable version before the DVD ships or instead of using the DVD, that's where it becomes a problem.
