Sam & Max 202 Moai Better Blues on Mac: audio only, no picture on first access

I played 201 just fine, probably because it lets you pick the resolution etc. before you start playing.

But with 202 i just hear the audio on a black screen, can't see the game, menus, anything.
How do i solve this?

Try hitting cmd-Enter. That should pop it out into windowed mode, which should let you see things. If it doesn't though, let me know.
