Sam and Max 304 Start up problem

Ok, so i've downloaded 304 for the PC as I always do, and when i go to start up the installer it gives me the message 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.' Can anyone help me with this or have any suggestions? Any help would be really appreciated.

    I did a little pc magic and managed to fix it, so it was something wrong with my pc. Crisis averted!
