Game Breaking Glitch - Can't Proceed [SPOILERS]

I need to get Momma Bosco onto the platform (just got her body back). I assumed I had missed something but after hours of searching I had to check a walkthrough. Apparently I've done everything correctly and she is supposed to come with Sam & Max if I teleport them to the platform. This doesn't happen. If I teleport (even after talking to her, and if I stand directly next to her), Sam & Max go alone.

What do I do. Is this truly a glitch, or have I just missed something out?

I doubt this is a spoiler, but just in case:

I read elsewhere in the forums that one guy couldn't get her to teleport unless the he used the transport at least once.
