Download Difficulties

Puzzle Agent goes through the download sequence and stalls just as it is about to finish. It seems that it is looking for some kind of verification when it gets hung up. Any way to help me with this?

    What browser are you using? Your browser may be trying to run your Anti-virus against the installer.
