Strong Bad Episode 5 won't launch

I'm running Vista. All the other episodes worked fine, in fact I had just finished episode 4 about 2 minutes prior to trying to open episode 5. I tried downloading and installing this one again, but it just says "Homestar.105 has stopped working" and under the details:

    Your display color depth is probably not set to 32 bit. Looks like SB Episode 5 was the first episode where the games stopped working with 16 bit.

    Ironically even 16 bit is not enough ;)
