How can we get more M rated video games for the Wii?

edited August 2010 in General Chat
I few of my friends are wondering how we can get more M rated video games to the Wii. So noticing that there isnt any much for the Wii while the 360/PS3 are loaded with it I thought I'd bring it up here.

Mod Edit: As suggested below, your last thread on this is only a month or two old. Please use that one.

It's just what the developers want to make. But, there are quite a few of them out there but like most Wii games you have to actually look.

    Also why does rating mater?
If a game is E or M it doesn't stop it from being a wonderful game or a POS.

Bioshock. Wii. Make it happen. (Protip: Come on, they made a mobile version... I'm sure you can dumb the mobile version down to Wii's graphical capabilities.)

THey can do a lot of things with the Wii dev's say they can't do. However Devs/publishers seem to have a fear of games not selling on the Wii. They'll released about 3 titles, sometimes all brand new IPs horribly marketed, and wonder why the game didn't sell millions of copies. Or they'll release a game you own atleast twice and not advertise it well, and still wonder why it didn't sell a million. Or they'll re-release a game for a first time. Butcher it to hell (more then needed[looking at you Dead Rising. Bikini Zombie Slayer had more zombies on screen at once compared to your game]), once again not advertise it, and wonder why it sells poorly. Like Sega. Sega poorly advertised MadWorld. They wondered why it got low sales. HOTD:OK got somewhat okay advertising and sold surprisingly well that they're making a sequel and that team gets a bigger budget for a reboot of Virtual Cop. Conduit actually sold well. So much high voltage is getting three new games out of it for the Wii from Sega being the publisher. This is also probabally because they advertised it to hell.

But, if publishers/developers would spend time actually making games for the Wii. Instead of shoveling crappy ports the Wii would get a strong boost in games. Like, I know people who want a total of about 6 games for Wii and refuse to buy one. Which, I guess makes sense. But if everyone who had wanted Madworld, or what ever game it may be, had bought it, instead of complaining about it being on the Wii (even people who own a Wii refused to buy because they wanted it on their 360/PS3) you know more developers would see the Wii as a better market.

You can't make an epic M rated FPS for a console as overrated as the Wii, it just doesn't seem like a good way for people to buy good games.
