Go to the bottom of this page and check stuff you bought. If the order you placed says something like "TOMI collector's disc", just wait, it will come. If it just says TOMI Season, then go to this page to get it.
Yeah, this might be a stupid question but... have you ordered the DVD yet? There are a decent number of people who order the season and then just expect the disc to arrive. You have to actually order the DVD. Sorry if this is of no relevance to you, I just had to check.
Like someone said check your order status. TTG posted regular DVDs about two months ago and Deluxe Editions about a month ago. If they have mailed your DVD and you haven't received your DVD yet, then probably the mail services have lost it. I received my Deluxe Edition few weeks ago.

Well, yeah, you included that useful bit at the end. But at the start, everyone has mentioned to make sure that they checked to see if they ordered the DVD.

It feels like when you call up your ISP:
You: "There's something wrong with my connection"
Them: "Is your modem plugged in?"
You: ".....yes"
Them: "Is it connected to your PC?"
You: "..................yes"

Like I said mail has probably lost it somewhere (or maybe it got stuck in the customs). In any case I recommend contacting TellTale's support staff, who might help you to track down your package.

Yeah, one extra week won't hurt me, though it usually takes up to 4 weeks here (rare occasions.)
