Looking for some good iPad and iPhone apps

edited September 2010 in General Chat
Hi all,

I'm looking for some decent iPad and iPhone apps to play (I know of, and own all TellTale ones)

But what I'm after is more the hidden gems, the ones I am not likely to see in the top 25 etc.. but you guys either own, or have played and can highly recommend.

Any Genre!

    Plants Vs. Zombies is pretty good, and Angry Birds. Flight of the Amazon Queen is meant to be pretty good (i've bought it, but not played it yet!)

    Wolfenstein RPG, Doom 2 RPG, Doom Resurrection, Monkey Island Special Edition 1 and 2, Broken Sword Director's Cut, Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2, Chaos Rings, Castlevania Puzzle, Civilization Revolution, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil Degeneration, Metal Gear Solid Touch

    These are all pretty good. :)

    Fruit Ninja and Monster Dash. They are both in the Top 25, but they're both insanely addictive.

    A guy I know developed "Sky Siege". It requires the phone with GPS / compass thing built in though.

    They could do with a website designer though;

    Yeah, there is. It was free a few days ago, but now it's $7.

    You could get Nelson Tethers Puzzle Agent I hear thats out in a week or so on iPhone/iPad unless you already have it on PC?

    I've been waiting for Puzzle agent eagerly, I haven't got it on the pc because I want to get it for iPad. that's an instant buy for me.

    So far I've just been wasting time playing Depict or Charadium on the iphone and ipad. Awesome little Pictionary type games.

    What I am expecting for the iPad though is something I'm not likely to get, which is a full epic game. Something that would really pull me in.

    Mirror's Edge for iPad is $13, but it's enjoyable. I loved the original Mirror's Edge, and this version was just as great.

    Why don't you get the Flux Capacitor. The thing that makes time travel possible.
