sam and max season 3, episode 3 is not working right

Hey staff

when season 3 of sam and max on episode 3 went to act 3

it made that computer game stop working right, it crashed the game on act 3 of episode 3 on season 3 of sam and max so i think there is a glitch on that game

so can someone fix it please

    We need this info:

    When during Act III did it crash?

    Any error messages?

    What's you Computer's Specs (I have no idea if this would help, but whatever)?

    Is it happening constantly whenever you happen to bump right into the same part of the episode, everytime? You tried more than once? Sometimes game instantly loads to many things after you switch places or whatnot, and crashes the game but it shouldn't be happening in a second run, or after you reset your computer. Likely cause, your computer may be weak and keep doing it after rather big loads. There is nothing much to do for it except closing other executables before running the game or upgrading your hardware.

    If it still does that to you, and if it happens in the SAME place everytime, could you write in spoiler tags when this happens exactly? Maybe you're doing something wrong, or you somewhat installed the game incorrectly.

    Oh, and try reinstalling.
