where is the episode 5 of season 3 of sam and max to download

I work for the ESRB. I have to know the exact time and date that every game is to be released by. The latest that episode 5 of season 3 is to be released will be midnight on September the first. If it hasn't been released by then, something is wrong and you can post about it here. Until then, just wait for it.
