I got an email from telltale asking me to preorder the dvd for 19.95, but I already had bought the sam and max collection 1-3 season when it was out.

So do I need to buy the dvd or what???

It doesn't look like you own any episodes - if you already own The Devil's Playhouse, log-in to claim your free disc. If you don't own it yet, you can still buy the full season at a special price today and claim a free DVD!

If you've been able to get and play the episodes fine then I wouldn't worry about it. Wait for the free disc to become available and try to get it (without paying another $19.95 that is); if you still can't by then, e-mail support and I'm sure they'll work it out for you.

I have the same thing. If you bought the 1-3 season bundle then you can get the DVD but the shop doesn't know it. You had to email someone special but I'm trying to find who now.
