Bug in S&M SO3E05 (spoliers).
Inside Max in the inventory section, after transforming into that Adaptor thingy, and knocking over the roach farm, I moved over that little grate in the middle and I'm stuck. I can't even press escape. I was forced to ctrl, alt, delete.
