sam and max demo problems
i downloaded the demo for pinal zone and if i try to open it it says: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application. i update the direct x so i dont know what the problem is and now im am questinable about purchasing the game if it wont work. can someone help?

The fix mentioned in post #8 worked for some people.
It might be worth a try.
If not, the tech wizards from the forums will need more info such as a dxdiag log.
To quote the Legendary™ DjNDB:
"A dxdiag log would be very helpful. You can attach a file by selecting "post reply" and selecting "Manage Attachments" in the "Additional Options" section.

If it already is, please post a dxdiag log as described above. There are multiple ways for zipping a file mentioned on the linked page. As an alternative you can also post the contents of the file in a message.

You have some really old drivers.
Try installing the latest Ati Drivers and Realtek AC97 Drivers.
Besides that, did you install the Packages Macfly77 linked to?
yes and they did nothing. i'll go ahead and download the drivers now, i'll respond in 10 minutes or so when it loads.
You can install it anyway. The logo test is an optional certification by Microsoft.
.NET is a bit convoluted. Installing Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 should install all ATI CCC needs in one package. It seems that other versions are not cumulative.
