This Is Where To Find the Manuals/readmes in GAB
Look in whatever folder you installed the Adventure Bundle in
ex: C:\Program Files\Telltale Game\Adventure Bundle
There should be folders with the names of the games you have installed: King's Quest, Jack Keane, etc.
Open the folder to the game you want, inside there should be a manual or a readme.
In the the case of King's Quest there is a folder called manuals which contains a PDF that has all the manuals.
