Samnmax 305 graphics lag (MacOS)

Hi there, I'm experience serious graphics lag (again, see http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16149) in the game. I've set graphics level to 1 and resolution to 800x600, but its nearly unplayable.
