Problem with Wallace & Gromit Fright of the Bumblebees Program

Playing the Wallace & Grommit Fright of the bumblees game; successfully trapped all the bees in the yard, has collected the frying pan answering machine, the Sniffer 3000 remote, and map.
However once Gromit arrives to Town to set the traps for the bumblebees, the program freezes. Gromit does not respond to anything.
Nor can he move in any direction. Nothing responds at this point. So I shut down the program and attempted to re-enter the program,
only to reach the same point and the program freezes yet again.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Where did you get that Version of Wallace&Gromit?

    If it's not bought from Telltale, you might want to check if the description here fits your problem.
    There's a solution at the end of the thread too.

    That totally worked. Dumping those 2 files was the solution to the problem. The rest of the game just hums along perfect now.
    I appreciate your assistance as I was not able to get a response from Telltale at all, either by e-mail or by phone.
