104 bug?

In episode 104, after I gave the vodka to Whizzer and watched the cutscene, Superball was still standing in front of the war room door saying I couldn't enter. Is this a bug? :confused::confused:

    You still need to get rid of Superball. The door unlocks when the USA is at war but Superball must be moved.
