Game start up error (CSI)

Game seemed to install OK, but when I try to run the game, I get a white screen with message "telltale games has encountered an error and needs to close."

Here is my system info:

Windows XP SP3
AMD Athlon 64x2 dual cre processor 3800+
958 Mb ram
VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro IGP graphics card

What do I do next?
