laggy sound

hey sorry to post another one of these but every time i load the whispered world, after the first 2 sentence by the narrator the rest of his dialog is all laggy and it sounds like s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-swich. anyone help cause i'm pretty sure its not the computers audio as playing games on kongregate doesn;t have problem.

    ok like over 200 people viewed this so i know they just don't wanna help me. please guys? the sound is killing me! its all skippy and laggy and it sounds just awful.

    Can I take a look at your DXDiag?

    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information". It will prompt you to save a file. Since I cannot receive attachments, I'll need you to cut and paste the contents into this message for me.
