Talk Like A Pirate DVD offer

Hey, so I got the season through the Talk Like A Pirate Day special offer, and I recently got the Email with the discount code to get the DVD part of the offer.

According to the Email, the code is to get me the DVD for free (+ shipping), and reduce the cost of other items in the same purchase by 20%.

However, when I try to place the order, the DVD isn't free, it's just reduced by 20% like everything else.

Have I misread the deal? Or did I add the wrong DVD to my cart or something?

Does anyone else who took the same deal know anything about this?

    Your best bet is to write Telltale support or to post in the support forums.

    I had the same experience and have been trying to get the DVD as well. I have sent two emails inquiring how to pay for the shipping for the DVD that have gone unanswered, except for the acknowledgement of the emails. I just don't know how to get a copy of the DVD. Can anyone post how to get the DVD?
