Can you buy these games in a shops?

I tried to download Monkey Island and it won't let me log in. It gives me the UNLOCK_EMPTY message. i've read old posts and tried to figure out how to fix it and emailed support back and forth to no avail.... I just want to play this game. Can you buy them physically from shops or from websites like amazon?

    I posted a workaround in your other thread.

    If you bough Tales of Monkey Island here, you can order the DVD for the price of shipping though.

    ah, good point...
    So I tried the work around... well so much as i downloaded the hotspot shield but now i don't know what to do with it... ? How do i tunnel?
    Can you tell i'm really impatient to play this game.

    You start the application and get a new small red icon. You click on the icon and choose connect. You can see a video of the process here.
    Then activate your games and afterwards choose disconnect.

    So it did/ does kind of work but every time i go to open up the game i have to activate hotspot shield, turn off my firewall and download the game again... which takes a while.... anyone know what i can do?
