Poker Night won't start

Joined the forums to register a problem,

I run Windows XP. I downloaded Poker Night on TTG and after installing it and starting the game (not selecting the "play now" option; clicked on the shortcut on my desktop) got the following error.

"This Application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

The error window was labeled: CelebrityPoker.exe - Unable to Locate Component

Tried reinstalling/downloading it again. Twice. Same problem.

My system runs on windows 7 and I'm having the same problem with the same error message. I followed the message's advice and re-installed it, but the problem is still there.

Exact same problem. I run Vista.

That makes us 5, I have yet to try redownloading but I'm getting the same error after reinstalling.

and once it installed Poker Night seems to run fine. Not sure why this was necessary

Downloading that program fixed it for me. It's running fine now.

Same problem. And downloading the given Microsoft Visual C++ link worked. Weird bug...didn't even get to the unlock screen.

Yeah, that seems to fix the problem.

For those with Windows 7 x64, you'll need to install the x86 version linked in this thread to get the game to work.

This worked for me as well.
