Poker night tf2 items (help!)

Wile i was playing poker night I unlocked Heavys TF2 item but I dont know how to get it onto TF2. I brought the game off the Telltale store and I dont want to download it onto steam incase I lose the item I worked so hard to get. Is there a way i can get the item onto TF2 without getting the game on steam?

Plzz i just bought the game in steam, but it didn't work, so i bought it in TTG, and they gave me a code to unlock the weaps in TF2, but where do u put the code???
