The single card glitch

This was reported here, but I wanted to add it has happened to me sometimes when at the point of being served the first two cards I hit esc to pause the game or maybe a little afterwards, I dunno.
Apparently the missing card is still in game, but of course since I can't see it, I can't know what I have and therefore I can't bet properly.
