I know you don't normally check support emails at weekends, but my ticket (issue-38495) was 'received' on Thursday and I haven't had a response.
I would like to cancel my previous pre-order of the Sam and Max S3 DVD and posters I made in September, so I can finally treat myself to Jared's soundtracks and other SM goodies as well, but obviously if the deal expires tomorrow.... :mad:

Sorry it's taking so long, Thursday was Thanksgiving and we had the entire weekend off. I've been trying to work in my spare time since I figured there would be a few issues like this. I went ahead and canceled the order for you.
