Pfff another Pokernight problem

Ok this glitch lost me the round so Ill just post it here.
it was me and max and we both went all in, and there was NO side pot before anyone thinks of that.
We both had sucky cards to the point that the 5 cards that we both get were basicaly out only best cards. So we had the exact same hand then, yet max won. i went all in so I lost the round completly on something that should have been a tie. Yes he had one better card then me but since the 5 cards in the middle were better than both of our cards those 5 should have been the only ones that matter, so why did max get the pot if his cards didnt matter and there was no side pot?

    Do you remember the cards? That would help. And exactly how did Winslow call the situation? Maybe Max had a pair of twos or something that you might be missing...

    Max had 2 and 6
    I had 3 and 5.
    The cards in the middle were
    ace queen jack 9 and 8
    All cards in the middle were of diamonds
    and max's 2 cards were spades.
    I had one diamond and one heart.
    "The Anouncer" said we both had ace high
