Unable to activate the demo...

I've just read that apparently you longer support activating the demo versions of games... This is very annoying! I've just downloaded and installed Ep3 from the "alternative download" link (which was extremely fast... yay!) only to discover that clicking on the "I've already purchased this..." and entering the requested details, don't work! :(

Time to uninstall, re-download and re-install all over again :(

A personalised email with a link I can just click on to get the game straight away would be preferable. Can't this be sorted somehow?

    We really wish this was possible, but Digital River's system doesn't support activating the game this way if you have multiple games in your cart (which Season 1 customers do, of course). We only learned about this a few days before episode 2's launch, and have been trying really hard to provide alternate download methods for people that will result in automatic activation.

    We do send those out, on release day, but you didn't get yours for some reason.

    If you download with the link I PMed you, you should be fine. Otherwise, we can activate it manually, just click Activation Support and follow the instructions.
