Want to purchase Tale of Monkey Is...

i have a dell studio 1535, integrated MB. I believe it was purchase in 2009.

Can I run the tale of Monkey Island on this computer. I believe I tried the newest release but i need at least 128mb with shader on the video card and video card is intergrated and needless to say it didn't work.

I've played pretty much all up to, I think 2000 release of monkey island. I'm not sure.

If you can give me some insight on what i can run on this system it would be appreciated.

    tried the demo and it was super super slow. it took me a half of an hour just to get out of the scene with elaine and the pirate.

    is it supposed to be like that. i couldn't control the X very well.

    That can happen with weak integrated graphics.
    You should try reducing the graphics quality setting. If that's not enough, try a lower resolution.

    changing the graphics quality in ToMI
    Start the game.

    Select "Settings". Click the red arrows until you see "graphics settings".
    Set "quality" to 1 and test the game. If you want increase it as long as it runs well.
