Do you think they named the character "Kid" Tannen after Kid Beyond, who is supplying the voice for Biff Tannen? When I heard that he is called "Kid" Tannen I thought it was a strange name,lol. By the way is this Biff's father? For some reason he lives with his grandma in the 50's..lol.

    Looks like a gangster/con-man, probably concieved Biff and later became imprisoned.

    No I think the Kid is somewhat of a coincidence.

    It's just a gangsterish name.
    There was also a Billy the Kid back in the ol' west. :P

    Pretty much this, as Doc said in part 2, it could all just be a big coincidence, which more then likely it is.
