Poker Night at the Inventory stopped working.

edited December 2010 in Game Support
I have purchased the Poker Night at the Inventory via Steam a while back and despite of a few gameplay glitches, enjoyed it very much.

Recently, however, the game refuses to launch. After displaying the TTG logo splash screen, the game crashes with the message: CelibrityPoker.exe has stopped working.

Here is the detailed information on the most recent crash, copied from Windows Event Viewer:

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and have already checked both video and audio drivers - both are the most recent WHQL versions available.

The computer is quite beefy (Intel i7 980X, nVidia 480GTX, 24GB of RAM, tons of disk space, etc.) so it is more than enough to handle the application.

I would appreciate some help in this matter, as at the moment I am completely unable to play the game.

Edit:
It may be helpful if I mention that I have already deleted, re-downloaded, integrity-checked and went through all the standard procedures, none of which helped.
