W&G Grand Adventures Not Starting?

Okay, for some reason W&G Grand Adventures doesn't start on my computer.

Or well, it does "start" in the sense that it displays a the copyright info at the bottom of the screen and I see the options for the main menu (New Game, Load, Settings, Preview, and Exit) but nothing else. If I click any of them but Exit, the game freezes up.

    Please make sure that your graphics and audio drivers and DirectX are up to date.

    Also please post a dxdiag log.

    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.

    You have some really old drivers. Besides that, it seems to be a problem with the Radeon X12xx series.

    Since you probably won't get any official recent drivers, i would try installing the AMD Legacy Driver by using Mobility Modder.


    You should also be able to update your Realtek HDA Driver.
