that I contact Telltale and get my money back -- as much as I don't want to. Nothing really seems to work.

    im starting to think the same thing. I have downloaded and uninstalled 3 times and still cant even get the game to open. Ive updated everything and im still stuck at a loading screen!

    Me too. I've installed and reinstalled over 3 times now. Frustration wins out over excitement.
